From the start of my professional career, I have been passionate about human behavior and its cerebral origins. Very quickly, I realized that our brain is an inexhaustible source of creativity and adaptability. Unfortunately, we don’t always reach its full potential. A better understanding of the brain mechanisms that influence how we interact with our environment enables us to identify the levers on which we can act.

- 12 years as Consultant and coach in Belgium and France for managers and teams , she helps them to develop their leadership, deal with stress, enhance performance in complex and uncertain situations, adapt to change, manage engagement and motivation, strengthen team cohesion and manage conflict,
- She also helps HR to analyse problematic behaviors and identify motivational levers,
- She has been teaching since 2008 at the lnstitute of Neurocognitivism (Paris and Bruxelles) and certifies coaches, consultants, trainers and psychologist to the NeuroCognitive and Behavioral Approach,
