I live by the credo of Dream It, Wish It, Vision It, Plan It and Do it, what is the necessary action in between a dream and a result. Many leaders and entrepeneurs are looking for the magical formula in this, but unfortunately this one doesn’t exist. The power is in all of us to understand how we function, what drives and motivates us in order to succeed with a growth mindset. Further we can try and understand what others drives and motivates in order to create qualitative relations both professional and private. The more skilled we are in this, the better chance we get in realizing our dreams. In Neuro Science we find strong scientific basis to grow in these skills as a person, as a leader and as a team.
